PDG draws upon more than a decade of affiliated defense and logistics operations in the Philippines, including an established presence in Subic Bay. This operating foundation supports PDG’s development of enduring Philippine defense industrial capabilities.
David Cooper leads PDG’s vision and development. A former U.S. Marine Corps officer and defense-industry executive, he has built and led companies supporting national security, logistics, technology, and operations in the Philippines and the United States.
